Before payment

The two birthdays used for the free preview remain in guarded storage on your device. They are not placed in URLs, analytics, logs, Stripe metadata or server-rendered HTML, and are not sent to Wedding Date 2027 before payment.

After payment

Stripe collects the delivery email and receives only the price and an opaque checkout identifier. After verified payment, the birthdays and wedding inputs you submit are encrypted and stored so the service can provide your 2027 pass. Stripe does not receive birthdays, birthplaces, wedding locations or result content.

Email delivery

Resend receives the delivery email address, message content and a time-limited private access link so it can send and monitor essential delivery messages. Birthdays, wedding inputs and report content are not sent to the email provider.

Retention and saved dates

The service retains your paid pass state, delivery email, encrypted current inputs, keyed birthday-pair fingerprint, latest calculated result, up to six saved dates, hashed access tokens and delivery history while the pass is active. Each new calculation replaces the prior result; a saved date is a bookmark, not a saved historical report. PDFs are generated on demand. Pass access ends after December 31, 2027 in supported U.S. time zones. Expired service records are removed by the next maintenance sweep; provider transaction records may remain under the payment or email provider’s own retention rules.

Logs and requests

Birthdays, birth times, report tokens and decrypted checkout payloads are not written to application logs.

Essential storage and security

Your browser stores the birthdays you enter until you change or clear them or clear browser storage. After payment, essential signed cookies keep checkout continuation and private access working. Access emails contain a bearer link: anyone with an unused link may open the pass, so keep it private. Opening a link creates a twelve-hour session on that device. We use keyed hashes for abuse-rate limits; hosting and payment providers may also process technical request information for security.

Optional Google Analytics

Only if you choose “Allow analytics”, we load Google Analytics on public pages to measure visits and limited interactions such as starting and completing the free preview. Google receives technical connection information and uses a pseudonymous cookie identifier. We send only approved event names and public page slugs, never birthdays, entered locations, emails, private report references, access tokens or result content. URL query strings and fragments are excluded; external referrers are reduced to their origin. Analytics is not loaded on checkout, access or private finder pages. Automatic form, search, download and outbound-link tracking are disabled, as are Google signals and advertising personalization. Our Analytics cookies expire after 90 days and event-level retention is set to two months. Google may process data outside the EEA. You can refuse without losing functionality, or withdraw consent using “Cookie settings” in the footer; withdrawal removes our Analytics cookies and reloads the page to stop the tag. Your choice is stored on this device until you change it or clear browser storage.

Your information

Use the contact details below to request access, correction or deletion of your service information. We may need to verify control of the purchase email before acting. Deleting the couple’s saved information prevents the pass from continuing to provide personalized searches.
