Notice June and November: a full moon just after midnight UTC still falls on the previous evening in much of the United States. Copying a date from a calendar without its time zone can put your celebration on a different day from the exact phase.

Is a full moon a good wedding date?
A full moon is an astronomical alignment: the Sun and Moon are opposite in geocentric ecliptic longitude. Associating it with culmination or emotional intensity is an astrological interpretation, not a prediction about your marriage.
In our electional method, a growing Moon is one supportive consideration for a new beginning. The Moon’s sign, planetary contacts and local ceremony chart can add strengths or cautions. Neither a full moon nor a waxing phase automatically makes a date the best choice.
If celebrating near a full moon matters to you, treat these dates as a starting shortlist. Check venue availability, the local date and any guest constraints. A full moon also does not guarantee clear skies or that the Moon will be visible during your ceremony.
