Delivery and refunds
Private delivery after a completed calculation.
After confirmed payment, your purchase email receives a private pass link. Confirm both birthdays and one U.S. wedding city to run the first search. A current-result PDF is available after calculation, with no extra download fee.
Technical failures
The paid flow retries report generation safely and, after three persistent technical failures, requests an automatic refund to the original payment method. The order is shown as refunded only after the payment provider confirms it.
Unlimited refinements
Through December 31, 2027, the bound couple may change location, known dates, date range, weekdays, ceremony availability or exact birth details without another payment. The couple and product year cannot change. Only the latest result remains available.
No recommended known date
When every supplied date fails the normal gates, the result still shows the full discovery search and explains the least difficult supplied-date compromise with cautions. You can refine the constraints and search again.
Returning to your pass
No password or order number is required. Request another link with the email used at checkout. Access links work once and expire after up to thirty days, or at pass expiry if sooner. If setup or calculation was interrupted, the link returns you to the appropriate next step. Check spam and contact us if the email does not arrive.
Refunds and unresolved problems
Contact us using your purchase email for a payment error, duplicate purchase, undelivered service or a technical problem. Do not send your card details. A refund goes back through the original payment provider and its confirmation and processing times apply. An unfavorable symbolic finding is not a technical failure. Nothing here limits remedies required by applicable consumer law.
