Mercury retrograde and your 2027 wedding

These are the UTC calendar dates of the retrograde and direct stations. Near a boundary, use the exact time and your wedding city: a station can fall on the previous local date in the United States. The periods do not include astrological “shadow” extensions.

Retrograde means Mercury appears to move backward in the zodiac from Earth’s viewpoint. It does not physically reverse its orbit. Linking that apparent motion with communication, contracts or coordination belongs to astrological tradition; it is not evidence that a wedding will face disruption.
